AIANO wire mesh machine guards are the result of decades of experience and a constant effort to keep our manufacturing processes at the front of innovation.

Our machine guards are used to protect people from moving mechanisms and parts such as drive belts, and are made from either mild steel weld mesh on a steel round bar frame, or the strongest and most long-lasting guards, are made from hand woven mesh. We can also make in food-grade stainless steel for the food processing industry. Lift and machine guards can be measured on site or made to customers drawings.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION

Aiano wire mesh machinery and lifts guards are made at our wireworks in East London. The mesh and steel used in our products is produced in Europe.

Materials – Aiano machinery guards are made from 12mm x 12mm (1/2″ x 1/2″) copper washed mild steel weld mesh or woven mesh on a choice of round bar and angle bar frames.

Finish – Aiano lifts guards are powder coated white in an epoxy-polyester mix. Epoxy polyester coating represents the most durable and practical coating for indoor use. We can provide other coatings where required, such as polyethelene or zinc plating, and we can also provide other colours.
